What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative and forward-focused process designed to help you clarify goals, identify obstacles, and take meaningful action toward the life you want to create. It’s not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about discovering what’s possible.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on healing—processing pain, trauma, or emotional distress rooted in the past. Coaching focuses on growth—clarifying your goals and building the skills, confidence, and habits to move forward. Therapy is a clinical service provided by a licensed mental health professional; coaching is an educational, goal-oriented partnership that does not involve diagnosis or treatment. Coaching is available to clients worldwide, while therapy is limited to specific regions in which the professional holds license.

Yes—if that’s meaningful to you. Many of my coaching clients are faith-driven individuals seeking to grow in ways that honor their mental, spiritual and sexual wholeness. As always, you decide how faith and spirituality are integrated into your journey.

Yes. While coaching isn’t governed by the same state-mandated confidentiality laws as therapy, I honor your privacy fully and treat all information shared in coaching sessions as confidential.
Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yes! Coaching sessions can be held online, allowing you to meet from anywhere in the world.

How do I know if coaching or therapy is right for me?
